Most QMS consulting and audit preparation is conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams. When on-site presence is required:
No travel charge in Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire or London. Elsewhere, 45p a mile from Brighton plus accommodation at cost where an overnight stay is needed — or start with a £375 remote half-day.

Sussex Compliance is led by Teresa Girasoli MSc AMIChemE, a chemical engineer who has spent eight years auditing management systems from the inside. She has passed the CQI and IRCA certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course and is a trained ISO 14001 internal auditor. Her experience includes around 200 hours as lead auditor on first- and second-party audits across both standards: internal audits and supplier audits. She spent five and a half years as Quality Engineer at fuel-cell manufacturer Ceres Power and two as Quality and Development Manager at passive fire protection specialist FSi, where she ran the quality management system. She has implemented ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 in industry, so when she audits your system she knows what it takes to run one.

Ceres Power PLC
Quality Engineer – Chemistry, 2020–2025
Carried out regular supplier product audits and internal audits against ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as part of the company's auditors' team.
Used PPAP and 8D to manage supplier quality, including tracing a contaminated raw material back to an overseas supplier and getting its manufacturing process changed.
Guided chemical suppliers through scale-up, from proof of concept to the full manufacturing plant, and helped write the guidelines to test and validate the changes.
Streamlined the incoming inspection plan for critical chemical raw materials by analysing historical test data. The plan was approved by senior management and is still in use.
FSi Ltd
Quality and Development Manager, 2018–2020
Coordinated the quality management system, supported external audits and managed non-conformances. Led a five-person quality control team.
Implemented ISO 9001:2015 at a newly acquired distribution centre and delivered ISO 9001 awareness training to every employee, from CEO to shop floor.
Formulated a fire-protective intumescent stripe and developed its manufacturing process. Designed and set up in-house fire testing, including a high-pressure expansion test to EOTA TR 024, before products went to certification bodies.
Sat on the BASA technical committee, reporting on fire testing standards (EN 1366-3 and EN 1366-4). Led the intumescent sealants category in an ASFP working group on raw material changes.
Set up the regulatory function: chemical classification, labelling and safety data sheets.
